2009, sound performance, 10 min,  Cologne

A piece of chalk is attached to a microphone. While walking, it is dragged over the ground, drawing a white line. The sound is amplified, recorded and - as soon as one line is finished - the recorded sound is played back through two loudspeakers standing on both ends of the line. In the same moment a chalk line is redrawn, upon the previous one.
